Yes, street vendors dont keep sanitation in mind, and that roti would probably be served to someone, and the amazing part is, the person who eats it WONT EVEN FALL SICK! I can never understand the immunity level we Indians have. I mean i would definately fall sick but the working class people? Nope! If you ever come to India, try not to eat on the streets, i mean very reputed street vendors / successful vendors put efforts in sanitation, but the rest not as much! Its probably due to less capital, culture, or maybe just being men! :D Women any day are better at it!

जब रूमाली रोटी किसी 5 star hotel में बनती हैं तब वो hygienic होती है। कौन सी रोटी gloves पहनकर बनाईं जाती है। Pizza बनाते वक्त Domino's और Pizza Hut वाले कौन-से gloves पहरते है। किसी को पता तो बताना। गरीब के काम में तो सौ कमियां निकाल लेते हैं। लेकिन mall की दुकानों के खाने में कोई कमी दिखाई नहीं देती है।
