@Yasoboy ''Churchill Murdered 65 Million Indians - Bengal Famine'' Complete NONSENSE, just another FAKE news internet conspiracy theorist video. In actual truth quote Wikipedia en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bengal_famine_of_1943 ''The Bengal famine of 1943 (Bengali: pañcāśēra manvantara) was a major famine of the Bengal province[B] in British India during World War II. An estimated 2.1-3 million,[A] out of a population of 60.3 million, died of starvation, or of malaria and other diseases aggravated by malnutrition, population displacement, unsanitary conditions and lack of health care. Millions were impoverished as the crisis overwhelmed large segments of the economy and social fabric. Historians have frequently characterised the famine as "man-made",[C] asserting that wartime colonial policies created and then exacerbated the crisis. A minority view holds that the famine arose from natural causes.'' It was not ALL Churchill's fault as you wrongly state, it was wartime and difficult decisions had to be made as to where food was allocated, at that time, people were starving everywhere in the world, not just in India.

Rohit Kurup Not like this that I am aware of. We do have parades. Typically for changes of commands for a unit. The largest I was ever in was for the change of command for Fort Devens (deactivated base now) in Massachusetts. Do a google search for “military parades” and add a nationality as you see fit. Russia, Chile, China put on some good shows. The Indian Army has taken some British military traditions and added some cultural elements to make a very unique tradition all their own.

simba1..well if you think gurkhas were prominent then i congratulate you coz i am a gurkha. And you surely don't know all the fronts coz then ud have mentioned HAIFA and what the famous rajput lancers did their. BTW Africa was not a minor front....it's just that is wasn't EUROPE, so obviously is called one. You must understand the mechanism behind glorifying one event and not the other. Indian forces were divided between the British India forces and the princely state forces. The princely state forces fought way way better than the others. Its just tht they were not glorified enough coz the British always wanted to put the state forces down. So dear friend plz don't comment on what was better and what wasn't till you don't know the complete complex backdrop of the British rule in india.....Sikhs and Muslims were glorified more coz the British always believed in divide and rule policy. This selective glorification is what caused havoc in india in 1947 and beyond

@@MuhammadUsman-pt6wl To all those pakistanis thinking that their military is of better discipline. Let me tell you some history,in 1947 it was colonel akbar khan from pakistani military who thought about just invading Kashmir out of nowhere without telling the pakistani government and you call it discipline?In 1965,ayub khan started the war as a matter of state's interest so does any other military starts war for no reason just pride? In 1971 your entire military was full of war criminals killed over 3 million of people in Bangladesh,1999 another war started by mushraff when India and pakistan were about to start long term peace without even telling the pakistani government about the offensive attack against India.Then in the entire subcontinent every nation has seen army is like cancer while pakistan have seen coupes for decades like 1977-1988,1999-2008 🤣🤣.So who is disciplined can be told by observing all this.pakistani army literally can be seen on videos giving money to civilians during election. This isn't the army work,pakistani generals are having more than 100 pizza shops in US and Canada, pakistani generals import tax free vehicles through scandals and get away with it as nobody questions in pakistan while in India you will get court martialed for the same thing, pakistani space agency is under military control and that agency is used for missile development instead of space technology while you will never see any Indian Army officer in any civilian research organisation except for astronouts.pakistan army runs a lot of commercial factories which is not their job, pakistan army generals took money from the west to send ssg commandos as mercenaries to fight in And, this is not me who says this,pervez mushraff have told this in an interview that how ssg commandos were also sent to afganistan as mercenaries.So, this is the discipline history of pakistan.And, to mention you got your nukes a pakistani nuclear scientist stole that technology when he was asked by a pakistani military commander from a EU Nuclear Research Lab and even pakistan army went on to sell those nuclear weapons to the countries like Libya,north Korea while in India you can be booked for treason for the same thing.
@engineeringstudent2263 жыл бұрын
@@MuhammadUsman-pt6wl And, saying that pakistan military is small and all, well this is true that pakistan is of no match Infront of India when it comes to conventional war that's why you are the among only two or three nations like North Korea who have 1st strike policy on nuclear weapons that means to fend off Indian Conventional Forces which are far more superior and powerful, you will use nukes as first weapon. This is your official strike policy so yaa you are of no match and this is represented in your nuclear policies and I don't even need to debate.pakistanis can go and read about their official stance about nukes, also remember India haven't attacked first even for once war despite you being small started by you still never won any war 1947 invaded them.

Its really a pity that some people here have such negative comments. If you looked at your history you would know how brave the Indian army is. Indian contributions to both world wars are not widely known about, despite the fact that India raised the world’s largest volunteer armies: 1.5 million in WWI and 2.5 million in WWII. World War I marked an important watershed. For the first time, Indian soldiers were fighting on European soil. They fought in all the major theatres of war on land air and sea, alongside British troops. Their many awards for bravery, as well as their war graves and memorials on the battlefields, are testimony to their sacrifice in the service of Britain. Unrecognised for decades, their contributions are only now being fully acknowledged.

Thank you Ken, it's a pity some people sowed seeds of hate due to tribalism. If India and the British had looked beyond the melanin of skin.
