Hello Dexter. Yes, prevention, that is the key, absolutely! I love ducks! I use to go out every week, and feed hundreds of ducks. They are a loyal bird once they know you. I see that just by your past experience that your system of preparation is going to give you really good results. I see you are using an incubator. How do you get a high hatch rate? What about turning the eggs is it automatic. My incubator is a small one and so far it has been failure trying to hatch duck eggs with the automatic turner.
