I had gone through this “meditation” a few days ago, I didn’t take heed of the the warning that Mooji provided about the the ego attacking this peace. Today I had emotions of not feeling enough and perhaps I didn’t deserve peace. Use the coughing to go deeper. If you get triggered or annoyed by the cough, ask who is annoyed? Look for that one 👀
@shagostrich94833 жыл бұрын
If you want to go deeper read knowledge of higher worlds and its attainment by rudolf steiner. Find out what being annoyed actually does in your complex system of thoughts feelings and will. Learn how to seperate these streams and understand how they work. How to actually develop higher organs of cognition(so called "chakras"). Finding your I conciousness isnt exactly a great truth as we are often led to believe. While it can be helpful to be calm and contemplative there are actual methods of taking you much further along the path though not as simple or comfy.

@russellheldt3443 жыл бұрын
One might ask: who is this "I" that gets triggered by this experience?
@shagostrich94833 жыл бұрын
Ask instead how to develop the connection between the I and concepts. Instead of using preformed concepts imposed from without(what would someone else do, what was i told to do, what have i seen done) taking the concept provided by the object through your unique perspective of the object. Become free. Anything else would be like hurting yourself. Just like how in this world we wouldnt try to run through a brick wall. That is what we often do in our daily life without realizing it. The spiritual world has laws created through ideas formed by humans. Normally we just recycle ideas instead of being truly creative without realizing it.

Piercing the veil of illusion and peeping inside to see the truth, the vast, blissful and joyful state within has never been more effectively achieved than thru this astonishing exercise. This is astonishing, this is life changing. I have been talking out loud to Christ when alone recently ( the inner one) and I asked for a key to change everything. Today I was very strongly guided towards this. I love Mooji, I watch him alot, he is so warm, so heart centred and that makes this all the more potent, powerful and beautiful. Thankyou from the very depths of my heart and soul for this!. This is perfection!

Anybody else cried like a baby the whole thing? He was talking about peace and I realized how far I was from this place although an hour before I was pretty joyful around people, activity and music. Only in silence sitting with oneself we can remove all this illusion, it's hard and takes patience like he says, courage, I'm so grateful to him for encouraging us to stay, bear the storm of ego, suffering and fear to find what always was there, God. Thank you, thank you.

Coughing is purging....this is a natural thing when transcending/realising/growing....involuntary noises and coughing....i let them be part of my experience...🙏🏻 allowing coughing to disturb your experience shows the mind at play, entitlement for quietness....when the message is “leave the mind at the door”..knowing coughing and involuntary noises are a sign of purging can help us be “accepting” whilst we meditate 🙏🏻
