Thank you very much for this informative video. I always wanted to learn the rationale behind various mudras . It is amazing how our Rishis understood this, it appears that accupressor points are activated in each mudra , hence their benefits on various organs for optimum health . Love the way to explain this. I intend to follow this. Thank you and greetings from Canada
