Cool,Plugin, but as in most vocal strips I don't like the use of just one compressor. I prefer to chain at least two compressors. A fast one at the beginning just to reduce the tips of the biggest peaks with a high compression rate and after that a slow colouring compressor that prevents the transients, but helps to level up the volume. Maybe the saturation is doing something similar in this plugin. I will test it out.

Saturation is another form of compression but with additional character and harmonics

I to like to chain two or more compressors ahead of each other. If you like this plugin, consider using a separate fast high ratio compressor first and then use this plugin as the second or even third slow compressor.

@@AmnerHunter Yes and no. Saturation means building up overtones. That took place when using analog compressors, but in digital plugins that are two separate things. Nowadays you can have compression without adding overtones and you can add overtones without compressing the signal, even if most plugins combine both things.
