@@PhotoshopTrainingChannel I tried playing with this and it's easy to create gradients and color themes. And the gradients apply easily. But when I create a 5 color color theme there is no way to use the whole panel of colors. In addition I notice that if I try and use two of the colors and add them to the foreground and background color and use a gradient adjustment layer only one of the colors is applied on the gradient--the dark color is on one end but the other end is just clear and neutral. Again, creating a two color gradient and using that works. But creating a gradient map with the created color theme doesn't seem to work. Your thoughts?
@pbziegler5 жыл бұрын
I found a way. I can screen save the five colors in the color theme and then put them on their own layer. I can open the gradient map and run those colors on the map. So now I can make good use of this feature. You showed how to create the gradients and themes and I now have ways of using them. Thanks.

I am still waiting for the ability to "link all layer masks" with one click. I have been talking about this for years. While working on files with dozens of layers and layer groups, when files get passed around at work, between Designers and Art Directors, round after round, a lot of times people will leave a few layer masks unlinked and when moving, resizing or dragging these layer groups from document to document, layers masks shift if they are not linked. You usually have to open every single layer folder to make sure layer masks are linked. A simple "link all layer masks" on the drop down menu in the layer palette would solve that.
