Look into vitamin B-12 deficiency. Please look into b-12 shots or L methyl folate so you don’t have permanent problems. I have the same issue.

I'm sorry you're suffering from that deficiency also. I had to take shots for over a year and oral supplements. Now my levels are ok and only take supplements daily.
