Hello Bb Amazing Skills from Paraguay. You're work is amazing, thanks for the videos. Can I please ask, I can't quite see the bottom hinge of the molds. I am wondering how you get it so tight that the liquid does not run out of cracks at the bottom. Are the sides connected to the bottom by hinges? Would it be possible if you might do a video showing this feature? This would be so appreciated. I have made aircrete often enough to know that this is often a big challenge. The mold sometimes leaks in these corners. Thanks again.

Is it really 15 minutes As in video statement or 150 minuts? 2) How much water it will absorbed if left totally submerged, 35-40% if dry weight? Not more than 3%, optimally ~2.5% but they are already using gypsum. Glass fiber might improve crack resistance. Also these are large full cast blocks probably comparable to regular masonry half as wide but with better insulation from foam and definitely thickness.
