Не старый а вторичный полипропилен РР, а табуретки уже вояют из первичного РР. Вторичный используют как раз для ящиков тех же, или ведра строительные.

Это полипропилен, пришедший окраску в процессе изготовления. В нормальных условиях там должно быть два бака - один с прозрачными или неокрашенными гранулами и другой с цветными, полученный в таком виде с завода по его синтезу. В процессе при помощи пневнопровода гранулы захватываются и подаются в миксер экструдера. Периодичность и объем забора определяют цвет пластика - от слегка окрашенного до непрозрачно. Здесь не хватает линий разряжения (вакуумирования) и баков, вместо них мужчина с мешком. Причем если требуется слабая окраска, ёмкости хранения прозрачного пластиката могут располагаться на улице и в миксер подача будет осуществляться норией, а цветные компоненты будут находиться на вспомогательных линиях и их могут оперативно менять. Штука, которая делает пластик мягким называется экструдер. Фактически это огромный кондитерский шприц с подогревом и архимедовым винтом.
