This technology is the same as that used in microwave ovens but with greatly reduced power levels; the machine you link to in the description says "2-8 watts" while a standard microwave heats food with 700-1100 watts. I recommend to all users that they follow the instructions and safety warnings specific to the device being used with discipline, as the heat is generated by exciting the atoms, thus the heat builds exponentially, not in a smooth linear fashion and tissue damage may occur with even the slightest overuse. I would say it's the advantages of an easy life as a beautiful woman who could get everything 200% easier than the rest of the population. The rest of us had to work our a**es off our whole life and at 40 we need this in order to fix our dropped out faces.

I’ve just bought one of these and this video is really helpful, thanks. I didn’t know that you have to leave two weeks between treatments for the collagen to form so that piece of advice is invaluable as I’ve been doing it once a week. I have something that may be helpful to you. Instead of applying the gel to my face, I have a pot of gel that I dip the device into. Then, when you need more you can just dip it in which is much quicker than reapplying to your face.

I recently had fractional laser, and was also was recommended to have radio frequency,I got a monopolar device from Amazon,I used gel at first but it dried too quickly, so tried vaseline and it has worked for me and doesn't pull or stretch my skin.I have noticed a difference even within a week. It can't be monopolar, as you can only have that done in a salon. all the ones online are bi polar or multi polar. Also monopolar will have a cable with an electrode which you attach to your back.

I have no idea why it has prongs. The flat surface is easier to glide over your skin and you get more skin contact so it would be faster and more efficient to use. But from what I can see this machine comes with both options - its a generic model used by different suppliers.

No you can't go near your eyes with this - very dangerous. You can only go as far as the eye socket bone.

Most anti aging technology is based on the same theory of fooling the skin into thinking it's been damaged (by needles/ heat/ ultrasound etc) in order for the skin to produce collagen to repair and rebuild. The tripollar has 3 poles, the one I bought has 2 poles. That makes no difference at all, it doesn't mean it will go any deeper into the dermis. Their website doesn't state how powerful their machine is so I cant compare them without that data. It's definitely more than double the price though.

If the setting is on 5 (maximum) and you keep the applicator in the same position it WILL burn like hell! If you can't feel anything it must be faulty or not plugged in properly? Make sure the lights are flashing when you use it.

I also have sensitive teeth and never had any issue with the machine, even at full intensity. The machine is great, you use it for a few months, then you stop for a few months and then do another course. It has made a big difference. I'm going to buy a skin thermometer so I can see the exact temperature, which will remove the guess work and make the treatment more effective.

Ciao. E molto facile. Apply some kind of gel (either ultrasound gel or aloe vera). You just need to hold the machine on the same spot till you feel it get hot (it doesn't get hot enough to burn you as it's not that powerful). Then move onto the next place. Divide your face and neck into quarters and you should be able to do each section before the device needs recharging again, that gives you an idea of how long each section should take. Don't use the machine on your eyes! Also don't forget underneath your chin and your neck as it's great for lifting that area. And finally after each session, wait for 2 weeks before using again. That's just my advice but I am not the manufacturer.

you can use RF over filler but it may shorten the life of your filler, that's the issue. So if you spent lots of money getting it done, just use the RF around that area.

Ciao Janet. Start with level 2 or 3 and see how that feels. I do my face and neck in around 45 minutes total. Don't worry about getting exactly 40 degrees. IF you get to 37 or 38 it will still tighten your skin. Get used to the machine and build up the intensity. And remember to leave 2 weeks between each use.

Use it once every 2 weeks max - no more than that or you are destroying the new collagen. It takes around 40 minutes to do face and neck. Just keep the wand moving and go back over each area to maintain the temperature.

yes you can but it's better if the gel contains gylcerine or it tends to dry up too fast.

I was thinking about purchasing one of these but I already had a similar style machine and it hurts, it gives you an electric shock type feeling and gets too hot. Is this a similar sensation

It doesn't get too hot unless you stay in the same place for too long, you have to keep moving. I have had the 'shock' feeling couple of times but I think that is something to do with the gel.

I was taught to to sections (example above left eye lid ) for 5 mins then move to the next about eye lid for 5 mins then middle of forehead, move to cheeks, jaw line, etc each for 5 mins. Have you done that ?

I use it for 2m on each side of neck, 2m on forehead, 2m around eyes. I don't go over that so I can avoid fat loss.

I was going to ask you about filler but it was answered. How would you use this in conjunction with a Dermapen and most importantly WHAT MODEL? Amazon has $80 models and $600 ones. Sometimes price is merely brand name vs knockoff but I am truly clueless on this. Thanks again GREAT CHANNEL

So I’ve owned my machine for a few months, been using it without any issues. Recently, the probe doesn’t not warm up. I’ve followed the instructions to wipe off the screw areas as metal fragments get deposited there. It worked for a use or two then back to not working. Any ideas? Thanks!

The Tripollar is just as good if not better plus much smaller and easier to carry aound. I dont use the Carer any more tbh

why does it need to be heat specifically from that wand? Why not heat from anywhere?

It's not actually heat coming from the wand, its Radio Frequency. That way it doesn't burn the surface of your skin. The RF changes to heat when it hits the deeper layer of your skin.

You need to make sure there is plenty gel. It will burn if you leave it in the same place for longer than a second but not sure what you mean by zap?
