What I like about Jason is that he still gets excited over his own gorgeous shots even though he has done it so many times.

Jason, how does that Interfit compare in quality to a Profoto Acute B2 or B1? I am tired of lugging around a bigger pack/head. But, I always thought Interfit was sort of cheap quality. Have they improved?

Jason @ his best. Can you imagine when this couple shows their wedding picture book to others ? Or sharing their book with other new weds , they will ruin the book of others completely with these shots hehehehe. Great team spirit in that group too. Love to watch people having so much fun and learning a lot in the same time. FABULOUS !!!
@thewhiskeycowboy-official6 жыл бұрын
The only reason it would ruin the other people's wedding books is because they were willing to do the shots. These shots (forget that THIS shoot was probably not even a bride and groom FOR their wedding, but more than likely paid "models" to be there for the portfolio building workshop) take a desire from the bride and groom and are done (usually) on different locations and dates than the actual wedding itself. Most people are not willing to do that. In fact most people are not willing to do many staged wedding shots on the day of a wedding either. In a lot of cases it isn't about the photographer, but a bride and groom not willing to do their part in the process.... sadly. And that is why you don't see this type of shot in a wedding album.

Love the shoot and the effect but it raises some questions that I think would apply to many viewers. How on earth do most duplicate that result - I'd guess most dont have assistants or $1000 lights? can we learn from a single OCF and a diffuser? Doesn't take away from the shot, just curious about the practical side of doing the same.
