Take the chicken remove the skin and Wash it with vinnigar and lemon
Marinate the chicken with garlic, coriander leaves , 2spoon of yoghurt, lemon juice , grill oil , salt and all spices
After let it sit for 20 min
Then put it in the öven 250° degree for 25 min
Rice (tut)
Wash rice then leave it for 30 min
Get a pot then add the rice and all spice + salt then let it cook until it's 75 % ready
After pour the water out
get Another pot then add cut up onions and coriander leaves then add olive oil ,tomato ,spices, potato, carrot
After put the cooked chicken legs in the pot with onions and others.
Then you get the other pot with rice and add the rice on top after put a little food coloring on it .
With Another new pot add water and salt then add broccoli then let it cook for 5min
get a huge plate then add salad + potato on the sides put everything on it the rice, chicken legs and broccoli then serve
