Thanks for the recipe. I used a Turkish sausage and added a dash or two of worcestershire sauce while cooking it, came out sweet and tangy. Really takes sausages to the next level preparing them with veggies like this. Even good with rice.

Looks good. My supermarket does mushroom cumberland sausages which taste really good. I will try with those for a vegetarian option.

I only use Brats when it comes to sausages. But I roast mine in the oven and add Red Saurkraut after the Brats are cooked, but this idea sounds good.

Well we in the Caribbean did some ting close to it . Blood sausage or vianna sausage with onions . I think we did not use peppers is only because we did not have any lol.
