Same. It was on "Transformers" toy vehicles. Rub the dark patch and either the decepticon or autobot logo appeared. I also had the color change hot wheels cars, run it under hot/cold water they changed color. Man we had some cool toys in the '80s.

Are you implying that it's computer animation? It's not. The liquid is just hot water. The wire is Nitinol memory wire, which returns to it's original shape when heated. It's easy to order online.

Well the one at 6:30 is a bun rounder for bakerys you put dough in pull the lever on top to squish and help disperse the dough evenly the second lever that you can see in the video drops the teeth that cuts the dough and a third lever under the red tray rounds it and from there it makes hamburger buns dinner buns kizer buns and so on I used on for 12 years lol put that's the only one I know 😁

The birds that dip there beaks in water has been around since the movie Darkman was made. The pad thing that changes color when u touch it due to body hit, if I'm correct has probably been around for more than 30 years cause I remember when transformers came with a square sticker that changed color when u touch it

It's not animation. It's a bunch of bar magnets orienting themselves toward a magnet in the tip of the finger. The hand is fake, but it's purpose is just to demonstrate the toy.

No, it's real. It's a bunch of cylindrical bar magnets stuck to metal spheres. The hand is not a real hand, but it has a piece of iron or another magnet in the finger tip. The bar magnets are attracted to the iron or magnet in the finger tip, causing them to always "point" to the finger tip. It's a simple magnetic toy.
