Nice matches. Ermac and Sektor were my mains and zoning variation Kung Jin in MK X. MK X feels so different from MK 9 and MK 11. I was the first online to post Sektor's secret exploding missile brutality. I found it accidentally I was like WTF?! lol so cool! Yes you're correct, MK 11 has no secret Brutalities they're just hidden all over the game ie Kombat League, AI Battle, other modes the shop etc.

Sounds like maybe some asset is corrupted. Is it digital? If so, delete and fully reinstall. If it's a disk, I'm not sure. I guess just go in the settings of the game and delete all updates, then reinstall all the updates?
