Amazing shrimp attack - River fishing - Catching wild shrimp

This is one of the best freshwater rivers in our area, even though the location of this river is very far away, I and other friends took the time to come here to fish for shrimp, this river is still full of shrimp and fish, but we only focus on fishing for shrimp just.

I used to go to a beautiful restaurant in Chumphon which was on a large lake and you were given a fishing rod and they would cook the fantastic prawns you caught from your table that were in the lake and believe me there is no prawn that tastes as good as one you have minutes before hooked out of the water

We grew these in ponds here in the USA. Lots of work feeding and keeping water just right. I never thought to use a tiny pole to catch them. They were very good to eat also mmmmmmmmm.

There is a bayou right here in La Porte TX full of these Giant blue clawed prawns. Threw a minnow trap in one day with dog food trying to catch mud minnows for bait and caught a whole trap of prawns instead. I think someone must have lets some prawns go in the bayou at one point and they multiplied. They are not native to this part of the continent

Like I was saying, shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can boil it, broil it, sauté, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo, shrimp kabobs, shrimp soup, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes....well that's, that's about it.

Please tell us how you can prevent a dozen fishermen coming from all over the place with traps passing by and taking all your shrimp in a couple of days. Do you have laws and serious enforcement to preserve them, or are people just not interested in them, not interested in taking them all at once? I would be happy to know how you do it. Great video. I assume these are some type of river prawns which aren't as desirable, since they have ocean fish/prawn. Most countries that have fresh ocean fish/prawn/crab tend to ignore fresh water fish/prawns etc... Of course I might be wrong. It's possible that they just have really good laws or people aren't greedy and fish only what they need(but I'm doubtful on this one).
