Great finds and research as always! I think your silver coin from 1937 was probably used as a fob for an Albert chain, It seems to have been a popular thing to do at the time, I’ve seen a few examples. Keep up the great work!

I think you mean 21:06 mate... and that is a possibility re the padlock escutcheon, but.... I have info on the markings n that piece and that will be mentioned in the next video mate... which by the way that is also when my roman figurine will be featured. Cheers, Keith

I think your mystery item might be from a padlock, registered design no. 35388 in the name James Cartwright of Birmingham, dated 23 June 1846.
