I made something like this before I saw this a few years ago out of one of those plastic large buckets with rope handles that you put drinks into for parties. And I used bungie cords and an old tarp for the inside. It works great. I want to make 4 of them and mount them to my trailor I tow in parades and have the baseball team blast people as we go down the street

Trashcan with circular hole in the bottom, plastic wrap around the top and rubber band around the plastic wrap. And obviously a smoke source I recommend dry ice and warm water.
