18:27 I remember doing Aquaturbo (Aquaboulevard, France) at night, so it was PITCH BLACK... Well that was very scary, as the drop last for quite some time and there's that turn at the end which yonks you and in the dark you don't know when it's coming.

Same. I went to Kalahari in Sandusky, Ohio with my family. One of the indoor rides I went on was pitch black. Further research says that ride was supposed to have lights inside. So I don't know if they intentionally did it to make it more fun or even make me feel less scared, or if the lights died out for whatever reason. I can't remember what the ride was called though. Update: I think it was Zimbabwe Zipper. I looked at a video of the rides and Zimbabwe Zipper matched my experience.

Tbh aquaturbo just feels like a bit off speed and then a turn that just feels fast. It doesnt feel intense unlike aqualooping which has a bit of force

For the 2 luxembourgish slides: the speed slide at Réidener Schwemm is far more intense then that one at Therme Strassen, though both are rated as a 7?

Frohes Neues Jahr wünsche ich euch!😄 Ich wusste gar nicht, dass es so viele Turborutschen gibt! Trotzdem hätte ich vielleicht ein paar dieser nicht intensiven Bahnen weggelassen und stattdessen die Turbos von Le Bouveret/Aquabasilea oder sonstige, etwas intensivere Rutschen reingenommen. Besonders brutal hat aber diese Multimediaslide, vorallem wegen den Stroboskopeffekten ausgesehen!

Also für die, die die Tyfoon in den Niederlanden in Minute 4:00 rutschen wollen passt auf. Meiner Meinung sieht die Rutsche im Video schon schnell aus aber man darf sie nicht unterschätzen. Ich kam da verletzt raus. Konnte bis zum Abend mein Arm nicht mehr richtig bewegen. Ich bin auch 1,50 cm gewesen. Mit 13 ist man das eigentlich auch.

@TUBERIDES some of the intensity ratings were probably estimates because you had not gone on those slides for a long time. For example, I would say that the speed slide of Vodní svět Sareza would deserve an intensity rating of at least 8/10. The turbo in Aquapark Sopot (rated 7/10) is probably similarly g-heavy but slightly slower. The purple slide in Ihu's Breakaway Falls of Aquatica Orlando might have slightly weaker g-forces than the Turbo Blitz, but the speed is INSANE, so this slide should be rated at least 9/10.

Eine Art "Knick" im unteren Drittel wurde begradigt, Ob auch der Wasserstand im Auslaufbecken veringert wurde, weiß ich jetzt gar nicht. PS: Rutschen werden nicht neu "angestrichen", sondern komplett demontiert und alle Rutschenelemente ausgetauscht.
