Today I'm bass fishing with ‪@TwinEagleRanch‬ on one of his amazing lakes on his very own ranch! We are catching bass in the shallows during the spawn season for an episodes on Jimmy Houston's TV show and go behind the scenes for fishing tips and laughs with the Legend himself. This was a special fishing trip for me given that I grew up watching Jimmy on TV.

Of all the fishing icons, the two I would most like to share the boat with are fellow Okie, Jimmy Houston and Hank Parker. I cannot imagine a more fun day in the boat than with Jimmy, on his lake. I used to go to the Tulsa Boat Show just to see Jimmy. Talk about livin' the dream. Lake Fork guy is officially my favorite Googan. Great video.

You Lucky Boy!!! I’ve been watching Jimmy since the early 80’s when he was on SPN. I bought my first Ranger in 81 with Humminbird flashers and a Color C Lector. You had to get up early to watch Jimmy and then we’d watch Bill fall down or out of the boat for the next half hour.

Love it! I saw Jimmy on my home lake one time during a Bassmaster tournament. As I was heading into one of my favorite spots he was coming out. I had to think quick of something funny to say because I had to hear his laugh. I said I know I’m in the right spot since you are here. He gave me a laugh and a few tips. I met jimmy at the Harrisburg sportsman show as a kid. My dad and I walked up to him and my dad said, my son loves your show. He said "of course he does" and completely ignored me. Sweet.

I like fishing and used to watch him randomly if fishing happened to be on when I watched tv as a kid and I think that would be one of the most surreal moments imaginable but for you LFG to have the passion you do and be a “professional angler” to get to experience this must be mind blowing.
