분식 맛집 입니다.
떡볶이, 각종 다양한 튀김, 어묵, 등등
정말 깔끔하고 맛있습니다.
친절하고 다정하신 사장님과 사모님이 반겨 주시는곳
어떤 일이든 즐겁게 하면 된다고 웃으면서 말씀해주신
따뜻한 말씀이 기억에 남습니다.
촬영을 하다보면 따뜻한 말을 듣게 되기도 합니다.
예전에는 제 기억속에만 소중히 간직했지만

6:40 - Some combination of fish cake [brown squares], rice cake [white cylinder] and Konjac [white squares] (I think that's Konjac... It's jiggly and has a wierd snap to it.) in a broth on skewers. 8:29 Tteokbokki production. Boil some Rice cakes, add a bunch of Gochujang (fermented chili paste), carrots, fish cake, and green onions. I think that's most of the difficult to identify ingredients.

@@stakeler86 기름 재사용은 건더기만 걸러서 1~2번 더 사용하는데 많고요 님이 드신 튀김도 다 재사용 기름이에요 어묵꼬치는 매번 새 걸 쓰면 가격이 만만치 않죠 영업 안 해보셨나? 안 해봐도 기본적인걸;;

This is very different from occidental cooking and retailing. As always with korean food, I'm a bit sceptical about the overall quality of the products, but I'm absolutely amazed by the man. At least he doesn't put huge doses of industrial sauces on top of his industrial wanabe cheese
