1 problem: When selecting the 2 lines (0 and 120 degrees) and extruding them, it extrudes z-direction. How to extrude on the yx-plane?

thanks Nikita. How long do you practice before recording? I wouldnt even know where to begin with this shape

If you don't know where to begin, my biggest advice to you is literally just jump into Plasticity and try and experiment and just do something. Most of the time you will find a way if you really want it, even if it won't be perfect from the start. SOmetime I can get the shape very quick in a few minutes, sometimes it takes hours.
