การแสดงพลุของไอคอนสยามในงาน Amazing Thailand Countdown 2024 เกิดขึ้นภายใต้การดูแลของ “โอกุจิ โยชิมาซะ” ผู้กำกับการแสดงพลุระดับโลกจากญี่ปุ่นและทีมงานผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่ออกแบบทุกรายละเอียดของพลุกว่า 50,000 ดอกให้เป็น #พลุรักษ์โลกที่สมบูรณ์แบบที่สุด “ผมทำพลุขึ้นมาจากข้าวเหนียวครับ...นี่จึงเป็นพลุที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมให้ทุกคนสนุกกันได้อย่างปลอดภัย” นี่คือคำยืนยันจาก โอกุชิ โยชิมาซะ ทำให้มั่นใจได้ว่าพลุทุกดอกที่ปรากฏขึ้นอัดแน่นทั้งความสวยงาม และยังมีการนำภูมิปัญญาไทยมาผสานเข้ากับนวัตกรรมใหม่ของโลก จนได้เป็นพลุชนิดใหม่ ที่ทำจากข้าวเหนียวไทย ไม่ใช่วัสดุเคมีใดๆ ดังนั้นควันจากการจุดพลุจึงน้อยกว่าพลุทั่วไป ถือว่าเป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างแท้จริง
“โอกุจิ โยชิมาซะ” เป็นผู้กำกับการแสดงพลุระดับโลกจากญี่ปุ่นเจ้าของรางวัลชนะเลิศการประกวดพลุปี 2023 จากเทศกาลดอกไม้ไฟชินเม ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในงานแสดงดอกไม้ไฟที่ยิ่งใหญ่ที่สุดในจังหวัดยามานาชิ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น โดยในปีนี้เขาได้นำเทคนิคการทำดอกไม้ไฟแบบเดียวกับที่จัดแสดงล่าสุดที่ญี่ปุ่นมาจัดแสดง ซึ่งจะทำให้ผู้ชมจะได้สัมผัสทั้งสีสันที่เต็มตาเต็มอารมณ์และรูปแบบของพลุที่มีความแปลกใหม่แบบที่ไม่เคยจัดแสดงมาก่อนในไทย”

The Amazing Thailand Countdown 2024 Firework Show will feature a spectacular display of over 50,000 fireworks covering a viewing radius of more than 5 kilometers, presenting 7 grand sets under the theme "The Unrivaled Phenomenon of SIAM."

The firework presentation by ICONSIAM at the Amazing Thailand Countdown 2024 is orchestrated under the direction of "Oguchi Yoshimasa," an internationally acclaimed pyrotechnics director from Japan, and a team of experts who meticulously design each detail of the display. With more than 50,000 meticulously crafted fireworks, Yoshimasa states, "I made these fireworks from Thai glutinous rice... making them environmentally friendly for everyone to enjoy safely." This confirms that the smoke emitted from igniting the fireworks is significantly less than conventional fireworks, making it truly environmentally friendly.
Oguchi Yoshimasa, the globally renowned pyrotechnics director from Japan, is the winner of the 2023 Fireworks Competition at the Shinmei Fireworks Festival, one of the largest fireworks festivals in Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan. This year, he brings the same fireworks-making techniques showcased in the recent Japanese event to Thailand, promising a unique and unprecedented experience for the audience, full of vibrant colors, emotions, and innovative designs never before seen in Thailand.
