๐ I've been hiking almost every day since July 2021. I've briefly summarized what happens to your physical function if you hike every day!
๐จ It's not easy to hike at least 7km every day~~ In my opinion, it doesn't seem to be any easier not to hike anymore haha!!
๐ When I hike every day, people around me ask me why I'm in pain haha. If you want to get back to your 20s before you get sick, definitely try it!! I sincerely recommend hiking to everyone around me!!!
๐ Eat as much as you want every day, sleep well all the time, drink as much as you want, be healthy, and make sure to go hiking to gain confidence in the morning and at night. You can do it when you're older, but it's better to do it when you're at least a little younger!!!!
