Amazing Time Between Gorilla Lope And Biddy

You might all remember the video weeks back where Gorilla Lope punched his grandma Biddy in the face. As much as we love him, but at that time, we all wanted to give him a good butt whooping😁, but as all of you know who watches the Twycross gorillas, their family bond is really strong through good and bad times and you'll see that Biddy is not resentful. The moment between the two in this video, just sitting there in the winter sun made my day.
Biddy feeling really sleepy and Lope sitting close to her. Ozala is at the hut and Shufai on top of the climbing frame. Back to Biddy and Lope, make sure you watch the end, it's quite funny. Biddy still sleepy. The two get closer cuddling up on this cold day. Biddy has woken up looking at Lope. Lope havening a glance at Biddy and Biddy looks back at him. She puts her chin on Lopes's shoulder. They're pretty tired as the eyes keep closing. Biddy starts to fiddle with Lope's ear and he keeps pushing her away. Then Biddy tries to clean Lope's ear with her tongue. Lope pushes her away, Biddy keeps trying. You can just imagine what he's thinking. Lope has his sleepy eyes closed and keeps pushing Biddy away gentle as can be. At one point it even looks like Lope's smiling at grandmas persistency. What a great start to the morning. I could have watched them all day like that, but Lope moved, that's when I stopped filming.

The gorilla current family at Twycross consists of 6 members, which are Oumbi, Ozala, Biddy, Asante, Lope and Shufai
Oumbi ( 30 June 1992) Sons : Okanda 17 Apr 2011 Hand raised now at München Hellabrunn Germany)
Lope ( 3rd Jan 2013) and Shufai (24th Sep 2016) both born at Twycross Zoo in England and they are still at the Zoo.
Ozala (19 Mar 1994) , she had four sons and one daughter. Ozalas first mate was Ti . Ozala and Ti had Matadi on the 25th May 2003. Then they had their daughter Ndoki on the 3rd of May 2007, but she sadly died on the 29th Aug 2007, unknown cause.
Matadi is at the Antwerp Zoo in Belgium with his mate Mayani and they recently had a baby girl called Thandie! ( Don't miss the footage on this channel)
Ti died in 26 Feb 2007, the cause of it was a stroke. Oumbi got moved to Twycross Zoo in 2009 to mate with the females. Ozala was Oumbi chosen mate.
Asante (6th Jun 1985) is Ozalas half sister. She hasn’t got any offspring.
Biddy is Ozalas Mum as she was born in the wild during 1973, there is no record of siblings or parents. Her offspring’s are Mambie and Ozala.

Wow. Grandma giving lope wet willies. This has to be in the top 2 or 3 vids u've done. One of my favourite clips, because it's about nothing, nothing but Lope and his grandma Biddy just sat cuddled in the sun, she nearly fell asleep on him a few times there and at one point I did think Lope was going to wipe his bogey on granny's head, but in the end, it was Biddy that decided to tease Lope, which was a nice change, bless them.
