It certainly packs a punch 🥊 It won’t be to everyone’s taste but definitely worth trying if you like that sort of thing. It pairs brilliantly with a nice tonic too!

So I guess that they are a lot better than lyre's American malt ? (Not that lyres malt is really terrible or anything) because I find that it's not much of a sipping drink neat (it does make a good Manhattan) Would be interested In seeing a few mocktails done with this. Just to see if they do well with mixing.

In terms of solo tasting experience, yes! There is so much punch and flavour to the Gnista spirits, so by comparison the American Malt feels quite far off on its own. Saying that, on the mixing front stay tuned…we’ll pitch the Gnista and Malt against each other soon for the ultimate Old Fashioned 😜
