十八番・天六うどん、この動画で初めて知ったけどいい店ですね。怒涛の注文を超高速で捌いていく厨房の凄まじさはまさにプロフェッショナル！そしてどのメニューも美味そう！閉店されたと聞いてショックでした。再会券配られてたし、また別の場所ででも再開して欲しいです。

チャーハン大量はもっと大きい鍋使ったほうがいい。火力は足りていても、ご飯が厚く重なるので蒸し焼きみたいになってしまう。ただ、町中華としては全体的にレベルが高いし、作るのも早い。

The most incomprehensible dish is the Tientsin Rice, ... steamed rice, covered with scrambled eggs and a thick broth, with a few peas on the top as garnish. In Tientsin (Tianjin), people NEVER eat their fried rice like that. 😅😅

1:59 placing HOT food in that type plastic is unhealthy… use cardboard or other higher grade plastic which is manufactured for hot food placement which will not leach chemical into the HOT food…
