I’ve noticed that if you go to override an award there’s a glitch that only the players in that position can win it now. For example if a guard wins mvp only other guards are eligible now

When you do start today, to keep the past injuries you have to go to the injuries slider and then put roster injuries on.

I did a rebuild with this team in 2k22 and built a defensive squad with Murray and Capela added to the roster won the chip two years in. A lot of young talent on this team. Happy Thanksgiving! Love the content.

When SixRings got the 2023 #1 overall pick, everyone was throwing their best players at him like they were stripper money. The Jazz tried trading Markkanen & Vanderbilt, the Kings tried sending Fox & Huerter, the Knicks tried to trade Randle & Brunson to get that pick & the 2027 2nd rounder. Denver tried throwing Murray & Porter Jr., 2 pieces of the Nuggets Big 3, the Pacers tried trading Mathurin & Hield, the Pistons tried trading Ivey & Bogdanovic, the District was ready to package Beal & Morris to Orlando. These teams would do ANYTHING to get Wemby

When I rebuilt the Magic, I traded Hampton and Isaac for Mathurin. I started Fultz at the 1, Suggs at the 2, Mathurin at the 3, Banchero at the 4, and Carter Jr at the 5. I got to the Conference Finals in my first season as a play in team.

If a player wins mvp or dpoy you shouldn’t increase there potential since they’re probably already at peek. If they win ROY you should up there potential by 5. If they win MIP up it by 3 and 6MOY by 1 maybe. But also look at stats because MIP isn’t very well judged in 2k

You should override retirements when it makes sense. LBJ isn’t retiring after this season, just signed that extension, trying to play with his son, etc.

Keep injuries on. It makes the season way more exciting and it gives you a chance to play players that otherwise would be stuck at the end of the rotation

You should increase the trade negotiation difficulty if you want it to be more realistic. No one is trading a future first for a 72 overall Hampton. Also for salary increase the min and max slider to 100 and player ambitious factor to 100

I also put player potential in salary to 10 and player durability to 80-90. You get more realistic contracts

you gotta stop giving the 9th 10th man so much minutes in the first season. not when the players ahead are pretty much locks for their spots. Also three players at 80 shot tendency, and two at 70 and Paolo at 90 won’t doesn’t help the scoring either

increase the potentials 2ks system is broken for example i got scoot and his potential was 94 and in his first season he developed to a 85 and then his max potential the next season was 85 for some reason
