i wonder every time i watch how this people installed the repaired frame and putting on the front leaf spring , i ask my self how the front leaf spring works when the shackle are not in the position , correct me if im wrong on my observation .. im just amazed ....

You can see the shackles at 29:40. Shackles are only needed at one end of the leaf.

They work hard and are ingenious with the limited resources, but those frame welds won't hold. There's nowhere near enough heat going into those heavy sections.

This yellow vehicle is not a Hino. This is a vehicle called Big Thumb from UD Trucks (Old company name Nissan Diesel). The white one is a model called RESONA, which was one model before Big Thumb. In Japan, RESONA was active in the 1980s and Big Thumb was active in the 1990s. Seeing the state of the cabs on the trucks they rebuild, I've got to wonder how the got the bodies out, as no-one could survive that much of a cab crushing. Prehaps Hino needs to consider adding roll-cage type reinforcements to their cabs.

Shits wild. I love it. People hate but they are doing what is acceptable in their country.
