I have ordered a product and rcvd a damage products. The packaging seems to be very old and I found another bill in the box by someone else's name and which clearly states this product was returned by the previous buyer and the seller failed to check the product and sent it to me the previous invoice. This is a non returnable product. I haven't got any resolution on this yet. They aske me to call back tmrw as they have a different department for these issues. Amazon provide the fair market value only if you can prove that customer has cheated you. Most sellers don't read Safe-T claim guidelines and that's the reason Amazon declines the claim.
