In order to get backlit illumination, I *think* I use a wire called "Key 2" on my android head unit because this is the key position where all my backlights illuminate in the car. If so, then I would connect to the third wire on the cigarette lighter as you did. Am I on the write track?

Thanks for a great and detailed installation video. I followed your steps and have connected everything including the Canbus, and the decoder box. I am NOT getting any sound from the speakers. Everything else works fine including steering wheel controls. I double checked the red and white plugs on the decoder box and they are plugged into the right ones. I had also connected my backup camera wireless transmitter with the power and ground cables and it’s showing power so that is not the case either. I don’t believe I missed anything. If you can provide some troubleshooting tips that would be great. Thanks again!

One other thing I wanted to ask- the Seicane unit came with the radio antenna but my factory radio did not have an antenna cable. Is it coming from the fiber? I’m just confused.

Go check it out, the subwoofer is behind rear headrest, or you can open the trunk and look upwards and you will see subwoofer there. for the steering wheel controle, there is a P2 cable, that looks just like an aux cable. I put mine on, but for some reason it didnt work ( Im using a pioneer head). Is there any extra wire that should've been conected in order to make the steering wheel control?

If you have a Mercedes 211 with Harman Kardon sound system, you need one more cable that you connect from the radio to the leather amplifier in the trunk. This way, what you did will not play well.

Can this CANBUS work on Mercedes W210? when you measure the CANBUS connecting wire, the voltage shows 11.26, seems it is car's battery voltage, and - wire seems ground, am I correct? I have installed a similar device ZLTOOPAI ANDROID 10 W203 MODEL 2004 SPORT COUPE.i have noticed that the device is working at high temperatures 95c and in idle 65c-75c.The chip is RK3368 8core 1.5 with 4gb ram 64 flash memory disk.Is their any way to reduce temps cos it has DVD ,I haven't opened it but I search similar videos and I can't find.Also how I can have root access to rk3368 to install kernel tools to tweak the CPU undervolting and underclocking to reduce thermals.

You either put the stock head unit in to do so which is a real hassle.. or take the glass cover off the clock and fix it manually with your finger.. Either way kinda sux.. You have to do it whenever the battery is disconnected
