Enjoyed your video. If I didn't already have so many watercolor sets, I would be interested in the Paul Reubens paints. I'm really interested in seeing the Windsor and Newton watercolor medium. Have fun with your haul. Right now fun is a good thing.

if u don't already have it get daniel smith watercolor ground it allows u to make any surface watercolor adaptable or any brand

I reccommend a rubber kidney tool for the ceramic and clay work rather than the metal and wooden one, its smoother and more flexible so its alot easier to work with

Oh no! The first set I ordered were £40, which with the conversion rate would be pretty similar. Definitely keep checking, as I managed to get a good deal.

@@GemmaMorganArt when you check out in Canada there is a 35 coupon which makes it comparable, also be careful the different colour tins also indicate different types like glitter, metallic, phosphorescent.

Can you use watercolour in those arteza sketchbooks?

The paper is a decent weight, I've used acrylic and gouache in it and it's been fine. You might get some buckling with watercolours? The sketchbooks that I have are ideal for dry mediums. Arteza does the exact same size and style of sketchbook but specifically for watercolour, so maybe that one would be a better suit for you?

Nice video, I also just bought the 12 set + sketchbook from Paul rubens ^^ I will say that the music was kinda weird and distracting, which is fine when you're not talking, but not so great when you are 😅

My Paul Rubens "leather" "hot pressed 100% cotton" notebook was glued in wonky and is very clearly not leather, hot pressed or 100% cotton lol. It'd be great if Chinese manufacturers were held to some kind of authenticity standard but nope!

This is not that informativo for a beginner to buy. The title is confusing and I believe a beginner should hace a more in depth look into what their specific interests are and what the best products would be depending on the how big the budget is.
