This was so useful thankyou so much i just wanted to ask. I have the normal pole hoop 180cm i got it off temu but didnt check its without a standing foot stand how can i make it work if u have any tips

They last for a few days. As long as they aren’t being bothered they will be fine. You may start to notice a little bit of shrinkage after a few days. But the day before shouldn’t be a problem.
