Whether it is 1 litre as told in product description in amazon or 1.4litre as told in user comments of the product in amazon?

Full capacity is 1.5 litre but using 1 litre of quantity is ideal for cooking

No lid. These stupid companies not including lids to price their product lower. Customers get problem getting lid with knob. If we buy 18 cm lid online, we mostly glass lid costing Rs 350 or steel lid with knob of different sizes as combo at high price.
