before the magnet it looks like a glitter or shimmer polish afterwards it looks like black with a line going through oh gosh thank you, I will not make this mistake

Sorry quick question...?.?? Let’s say I have NAVY-BLUE background and all I want is for a green or what ever other colour I choose of a magnetic cat eye to go on top, all I would want is for the cat eye bar to go up&down without loosing the blue background can that be accomplished.???

@@vanessasnailsyt thank you for your reply...the reason why I asked was because I see that without adding the black base coat under... I see the cat eye has a black base along with its magnetic pigment... so just wanted to make sure that if I placed a full colour underneath and then adding the cat eye on top that if the first colour underneath will remain and just have the cat eye rolling bar on top????
