Amazon driver is a thief

Hey, quick update for Saturday, delivery driver has still not re-attempted delivery on any of the packages that he took with him. I contacted Amazon and I let them know that he took multiple packages that did not require a password or signature and they say that the driver possibly took them into his possession they have filed an investigation and the item that required a one time password that he should’ve delivered Has still not been out for delivery because they cannot find their system anymore and they can’t issue a refund until a month after the delivery date
