All too common, Amazon dumping parcels outside of flats, or in communal areas instead of actually giving them to the receiver. This one outside an incorrect address. Claimed by courier that if lost a new one will be sent, is this organised so that they return and remove the items later? Why would Amazon couriers dump at a different address? It is a known scam that this is done. There are also. individuals that walk about the building collecting these parcels. It needs to be exposed and stopped! The courier can leave parcels with concierge security if the tenants are not in to collect. There is no reason to dump them on the floor in corridors.
