@@TrevinPeterson hi Trevin. My account has been deactivated from FBA and I have filed an appeal which they will not approve. Obviously that means I can never sign up for Amazon FBA. But if my friend and I decide to sign up with fba and do it via LLC, main agent will be my friend, can that work? Or should I just give up on Amazon cause they’ll deactivate my friend cause of me? Good advice mate, it's simple really. Just abide by the rules and don't cut corners. Might take a little longer but worth it in the long run. I'm gonna watch this video again before I launch my product, just as a reminder. Cheers 🙂👍

dude there is no copy right or trademark infringement for re-sellers because the product has been sold by the manufacturer. the copy right and trademark is to protect anyone else from manufacturing the same product...

music lovers there totally can be even for resellers. Lots of brands will take action and get you suspended. But for the most part my channel is 99% private label and I am completely aware of how things work 👍

no you use your own barcodes to create the listing and then you get amazon barcodes to have your supplier put them on
