I was worried about replacing my high-end older oasis with this one kzbin.infoUgkxCgPI5O2AtmcHq9SJhgsCGbpAzJAJfrJp but it is surprisingly light and the screen resolution is just as good. I never had the warm light on my old kindle, but i do not use it on the ipad so I will probably not need it. I think the only thing I'll miss is the self-adjusting light, but this is so worth it!

The silk browser is based off of chrome(ium) and most sites will work fine. But if you install the required services through apks chrome will work fine

I still don't understand why there isn't a decent light weight tablet that can also be used as an e-reader. A tablet that can be held in one hand for longer periods. I eventually had to settle for Ipad mini 6 , which is around 296 grams but still not light enough. An ideal light weight tablet/e-Reader should be below 230 grams so that it can be held for in one hand for a considerable time. Its 2022 and its shocking no tablet company could manufacture a 7 inch light weight tablet!

so far interested. looking into a tablet now with my phone (iphone 8 plus at 64 gig) is reaching is max with about 48 of its gb use is all in pdfs books, and documents. not joking. needed a tablet so wasnt sure on a ipad or samsung galaxy tablet due to their price. so far if able to carry large enough files, decent bat life. and price range then so far good chance i may get this.

Do take note that if you're used to reading on your iPhone, then this tablet will run slower than that. Yes, good for ebooks/reading, but not the fastest out there.

I have the hd 8 plus with better ram and I will tell you, reading on it is fantastic. Super light weight and you don't even have to put on a case since the back side feels so good to hold.

I just bought one of these & after a lot of hassle getting it to work as the "Amazon Alexa App" stopped working after a single day & I had to do a hard reset wiping the tablet back to defaults I then had to start over. This time round I prevented the Alexa App from updating as it was this that caused it to keep crashing. The camera is rubbish so forget about that, I only use it really as a controller for smart devices & TV etc... Not much good for anything else...

it's not on the amazon appstore. you can try to sideload, but if wattpad needs google play access it probably won't work.

I have a fire he 8 but it is still bad and laggy in games and slow and I don't know how the heck it is the top 10 best tablets for gaming only if you actual use it for a while you will see how bad it is

It's mostly for basic use, I wouldn't use one exclusively for gaming. maybe an old game or Gameboy emulation but that's it.
