My Alaxa wasn’t showing the blue line and it didn’t make a sound and just restarting helped this is helpful

basically i use my tab, then i click the power btton to turn it off and then 6 hours late i go to click the button to turn it on and i go to switch to my user/profile on there and its disapeared. why is this hapened and how do i get it back without factory reset. and the thing is the owner profile has a pin on that i dont know so i cant even get on manage profiles or settings

bought two of these. Now they are in a drawer collecting dust. Every time I started them in my flight simulator they would forget the wifi and or start up and I would have to go through three screens to get them back to where I had them. I just wanted to use them as a monitor

I use fire for alexa reading books and home control She sounds so much better than google and hands free unlike on my phone My problem is i didnt stop google play updating a Amazon app in time and now after using play to uninstall it its left a old Amazon file freetime not the new file

I'm really late but I'm having slot of problems- my fire tablet is having ghost clicks ( when it clicks the same spot when you did not) and its both time and there is no video on how to fix it and I'm really sad cause its hard to animate videos on flip a clip cause when I'm drawing it 1. I was using my Fire HD 8 on the Amazon Store app and then the screen went blank because i hadnt touched it in 5 minutes so i pressed the power button again the screen appeared with small lines running through the screen. It was never dropped or hit or damaged in any way. The Home buttons at the bottom dont have the lines but the background and apps do. Please Help Someone

My son Amazon fire7 is not playing KZbin videos have Wi-Fi connection the first thing I did Was turn off Wi-Fi turn it back on went back to KZbin to see if that work it didn’t it’s tells me it’s offline, second thing I did was restart the tablet and try KZbin again still nothing offline, third thing I did was delete KZbin app then re-download KZbin again, that didn’t work..... my daughter have the same tablet and she doesn’t have any problems with her tablet.

@@snaz7987 I did a factory reset just the other day, not the end of the world but I had Google installed and reloading that was a pain. You can remove the need to enter a pin number to open the tablet by going to settings Security & Privacy and turning off Lock Screen Passcode, that's only if you don't really need to lock your tablet.

Hopefully someone can help. Have a Fire HD 10. The KZbin app will not play videos when I am signed in to my account. It plays when logged out, but not signed in. Have cleared cache. Checked for YT update. Restarted tablet. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. No updates for tablet. For clarity. this is the Amazon app for YT, not the YT app itself. This just started yesterday. Have been running this fine for 5 months. No recent changes to my YT account that I am aware of.

@@flood6907 yes I do, and it seems to work fine on my phone. My problem is my fire tablets I guess. I have 2 of them, and they are both having the same problem. It just shows a broken box symbol where the play button usually is, or just says it cant play the video. I have been searching the internet, with no answers that I can see. It is just frustrating because it is actually my daughter's account having problems, and I like her signed in so I can see what she is watching, and so she can have easy access to her shows.
