I love your videos, they're so relaxing! I would like to offer a bit of advice on the neck issue: if it's not a muscle strain, this usually happens because our spine discs start to deteriorate. I know healthcare in America is complicated,but if you ever get the chance, go get an Xray or an MRI to see the degree of deterioration. I have the same issue, this kind of thing can go on without any symptoms (no pain) but for some of us it can cause maaaaaassive pain and headaches! The way to minimize it is to sleep on a good pillow (which you have now) in a correct sleeping position and to strengthen your neck/back muscles, because usually the neck deteriorating is a sign that further problems might occur to the spine (thoracic spine issues and lumbar spine deteriorating, it's usually a chain reaction). That's why it's so important to work out! And yes, much agree on the "once you hit a certain age you start being in pain" ,it's just how life is sometimes!
