The rose quartz piece is a gua sha tool which I believe originates from traditional Chinese Medicine. I would look up lymphatic face massages to use with that.

Instead of sticking the led lights on the headboard, put down good quality painters tape first then the led lights on the painters tape to keep from having adhesive sticking to the headboard itself.

@@kadencesmith5832 Amazon does not pay/treat its workers fairly, it contributes heavily to local businesses dying out, jeff bezos (owner) is worth 178.4 billion dollars!! you cant amass that amount of wealth ethically, and alot of the things on amazon are so cheap because they are made poorly/unethical sourcing. No ones perfect, I still shop at whole foods but a successful youtube w platform could be doing a lot better than promoting amazon, no hate tho
