If your worried about the real vintage boards hand sand them working your way down the grits , pick a nice wood stain( or don’t) and then wipe them down with a thikkkkkk coat of almond oil every 24 hours for like a week, then one or twice a year give them a supper light gentle sand and re treat with almond oil. You can do this with any vintage wood kitchen utensils.

A high-quality wooden surface will last you for a number of years, without seeing a decrease in its antibacterial abilities. But I love the newer bread/cutting boards as well! I totally get it also, in my mind I feel better knowing that something is "clean". Always use a separate cutting board for meat.. I wouldn't use any board used for meat with anything else 🥰 love your videos by the way! Thank you for the constant inspiration!

Hi! Candle maker here. The candle top does that because it is 100% soy wax. Soy is finicky. Honestly if a 100% soy wax candle top doesn't look like that after being burned... then it has some sort of additives or not 100% soy

I love your taste! Check out the h and m home linen products great (double sided! Cough cough target!) duvet and case sets( around $100) pillow covers( 20”around $10) robes , aprons and place Mats. I DO NOT recommend the hand towel look and feel like dollar tree everything else is great! Even the washed cotton sets are so good!

Loved your picks. Just wanted to mention that the brand of knives you got are about the best there are. However, you two need to learn to sharpen knives, lol, if the only reason you're buying knives is because you need sharp knives. Those knives are an investment and you really will want to either learn how to sharpen them (so you don't do it wrong) or find out where you can get them professionally sharpened near you. Why in the WORLD would we be encouraging people to shop amazon?!? Literally anything you can find on amazon you can find elsewhere. It's like encouraging people to eat at McDonald's. You are basically saying "don't worry about having a value system or caring about the fact that monopolies are decimating our economy... as long as you get free shipping!!" Do better. As an influencer, show people how to actually shop properly IF they need something. How to support small businesses, which is something the economy DESPERATELY NEEDS right now. If you've got taste, show people how to find their style. Not how to shop for the sake of shopping. If you are showing handmade, show an artisan and why that's valuable. This whole automated convenience "haul" shopping is literally the antithesis of what decorating a home SHOULD be.
