The Just Walk Out technology they were boasting about turned out to be 1000 workers located in India watching you shop. 70% of the transaction still involved humans being manually involved. They are now shutting down its Just Walk Out stores and replacing them with “smart carts” which should still allow customers to skip the checkout line
