Barton's is still a great place. We just have not purchased from them in a while.

Barton's discounts is legit. They just mainly have large product pallets now and we prefer the smaller product pallets. Smaller items take up less room to store. I would 100% would recommend Barton's. We haven't purchased from them in about 2 years but that is by our own choice. We would definitely buy from them again in the future.

You should go to the about page & terms. By making a purchase, you are agreeing that the items are as advertised, are not refundable or returnable, and you agree not to contact your credit card to remove the charge. I wonder how long that page has been there.

If a company pulled this crap on me I wouldn't care if they "made it right". I'd still drop the name of the company but also disclose that they had "amazing support that fixed everything". I think that's important to know. Just because a company "might it right " with you doesn't mean they'll do it with another person. They have a reason to suck up to you, since you have a youtube channel. They might not care if another seller was unhappy. As for this company they are clearly running a scam and people need to stay away from them.

The decline in quality happens , it seems, in the liquidation industry. I'm sorry you had this experience. My own experience is only with liquidation stores. When they open, they're great, but over time, the quality declines, the quantity declines, and then the store closes. Within a year, a new liquidation store opens there and the cycle continues.

Their webpage is back up, but if u look through it everything is marked as "SOLD OUT" Even the auction section has 1 pic that says "auction ended" and something about being test. My guess is they suspended their site for a few weeks to see if things blew over and since they were getting complaints they stopped listing on that site and will simply create another website under a different name and continue to scam people until they r called out again....and so the cycle continues until they r held accountable by someone finding out who owns the business and takes action.

We got scammed by them too. We bought a box back in November and didn’t receive the box until mid December and only had 14 items in box and everything worth under $10. I contacted them and never got a response from them. I’ve been a customer of them for the last 3 years and the first two years the boxes were really good but this last year it has really been just a bunch of junk that you can’t even sell. Learned my lesson. Never again will I buy from this company. Sad to see this company went in this direction.

I have purchased from them as well. I had at one time purchased 2 of the medium boxes and received 1. It was the worst. Including but not limited to a single inline fuse holder. A power cord for a laptop but not the brick the cord plugged in to. I did send an email demanding to know where my second box was and included my disappointment in the first box with descriptions of the items contained and said to refund my second box. The second box came in almost a few days later and it was jam packed with good goods. I granted them a reprieve because I def made out over the 2 boxes total. So I waited for stock to come back in as many have and ordered another box recently and it was also back to the most ridiculous items one could imagine. I could only laugh at my own misfortune and sent another email voicing my displeasure that went unreturned, as I did not expect a response. I just stick with my local guy here now who is awesome and I can go see what I’m buying before anything exchanges hands and that is my recommendation to being the best way to go

There is presently an Instagram post about a dollar for an entire Amazon return item. I looked into it and saw the congratulations landing web page and said to pay for a subscription to BOOM BOOM nutrition gels. I exited the page. Like all those electronics for only a dollar? No one gives out a free lunch. The scammers keep getting more and more creative. I was delivering to an Amazon fulfillment center and showed someone at the receiving office e of Amazon and said, "No way we sell an entire pallet for a dollar. "

I largely collect numismatics and precious metals, but I have a couple collecting hobbies *cough* Fallout *cough*. I can say with 99.9% certainty that any company providing "special deals" on silver coins on Facebook is a scam. They are normally silver or gold plated, and are easily noticable to even an untrained eye with a scale.

Are you serious??? 😂 Yeah, that's not how it works. Nobody signed a contract with that company agreeing to no credit card chargebacks. Anybody can file a credit card chargeback against any company. Their "new" terms of service would not stand up in court.

The credit card issuer should refund your money and chase the merchant. The issuer's agreement with you overrides what the merchant says if you go straight to the card issuer. Sixty days is about right for something this complicated. If the association (ie VISA, Mastercard, Amex) gets enough of them they will just suspend that merchant. This is especially true if its a debit card because RegE requires a 48 hour business day refund from bank to customer

I buy pallets locally from a local liquidator and I've never had a problem. With the particular Liquidator they allow the buyers to view the pallets (from the outside without breaking them down), than you decide which pallet to buy.

the catch is when a new company takes over ,they check what merchandise they have for example if there was a box that has a high end motherboard but inside it was a recent customers motherboard switched over , any many items are like this some they will still drop in your boxes that you purchased but if a new company takes over they would want to get rid of them all and just throw them in the boxes ,plus you get employees also trying to scam so if they were checking the inventory and found also they were scammed by the other company selling the merchandise to them and not made the reverent changes to the company's name or how they receive money for said boxes ,they are also going to scam i always check google business as sites also will tell you if a company is scamming during a takeover i guess the credit situation you are involved in where the credit company checks if you have either received your products as banks know exactly what is going on you may not get your money back due to if they are going to liquidise the company in the next few months and under that the banks can not do anything about giving your money back i have checked the website , if you notice they still have nothing to sell , i bet the company going to close down officially which is a big scam altogether if they liquidise the company in a few months no one is going to get the money back banks also will scam to get as much money back from the loans of the company without them losing the company individual assets they have but only the company as they can make another company up within one year of liquidising it called a protection racket the economy is dropping

Never buy anything that doesnt come from an a long established company. As well, never buy any pallets thats not manifested. If you dont, you get tons of garbage that you can never resell aka phone cases, phone wires, plastic pocketbooks from China etc. These companies all buy truck loads, pick through and take the good stuff (dont we all want high end "in perfect shape" items!). Sad that businesses take advantage of others - especially established sellers like FK.
