I’m currently in my 2nd trimester and Vernors has been a life savor not to mention it’s the best ginger ale on earth. You have to be from Michigan to understand. Thanks for the tips.

The preggie pops have Vitamin B6, which is what my Dr prescribed me for morning sickness. Instead of taking the pills I just ate these.

I ready remember you were posting all of these videos and enjoying them/making a mental note to come back when I was pregnant...and now I am pregnant with my first baby! Your videos are so helpful! Can't wait to watch them all again!

It’s the B12 in the preggie pops that help!

I'm glad you are doing so well and are finding things to help along the way. I hope you are having less migraine than you normally do. I love ginger ale. I drink it all the time if I'm feeling sick.

I suffered for migraines since I was a teen - slowed down while I was pregnant and now I haven't had one in over a year post baby! I hope you are so lucky too! Try to find some under the belly leggings (as opposed to the ones with the band that you pull up). Also I would recommend the nursing bras from Target from the brand Auden. Whether you plan to nurse or not, they are super comfy for pregnancy too!

Please subscribe and help Sarah to hit 50K! I'm not pregnant or had before but I know peppermint helps with nausea. I'm glad you're finding things to try out. I think first time around it will be like a hit or a miss but afterwards if you do plan on having another baby I'm sure you will know what to do. I'm sure all the moms to be or moms can help you. Thanks for sharing your Amazon must haves. 💕

Vernors! Yesss, love me some vernors. I grew up in Michigan and drank vernors anytime I had a cold or flu. 😂 I live in SC now but thankfully some stores carry it! Almost 5 weeks along and started to get lots of morning sickness!

Jolly ranchers worker really good for me for the nausea instead of the preggie pops, because I couldn’t find them.

You should try the vicks vaporizer. It puts vapors into the air that not only open you nasal passages but it helps with the air being dry.

They have essential oils in them that combat nausea. Thats what makes them different

Is it too personal and invasive to ask why you have hip pain?
@SarahBrithinee3 жыл бұрын
Not at all! I have under developed sockets (it’s hereditary) so I can pop my shoulders & hips out of their sockets. It causes a lot of hip pain especially if I sleep on them or do certain workouts like lunges where I’m pushing off of one leg. I spent years training myself to sleep on my back because it’s better for me, but obviously I can’t do that at this point in my pregnancy 😭
@lindamorgan86723 жыл бұрын
@@SarahBrithinee that's interesting! I wasn't aware of that condition. My mom was double jointed in her hips and I am in one hip. It wasn't painful but certain movements make it feel like it pops in and out. It's not great for joints in the long run. Thanks for answering me!!!

Oh my gosh, really?! I always assumed they just went back to my original size afterwards since that's what has happened to most of my friends. I hope mine get smaller afterwards 🤞🏼
@janessaak3 жыл бұрын
True. After pregnancy there’s a whole lot more skin and a whole lot less substance, especially if you breastfeed. Think... tube socks with rocks! 😂😂😂
@SarahBrithinee3 жыл бұрын
@@janessaak Hahahah well that just sounds great. Can't wait lol. I've actually heard that from basically every friend of mine so I guess we can all just be thankful that we live in 2021 where there are great bras on the market!
@paigehenry2353 жыл бұрын
I think it depends on a lot of factors, including genes and other stuff, I’ve heard a lot of people get smaller, but I’ve seen some people that get lucky and they go back to normal like nothing happened, that wasn’t me unfortunately though 😂

@@SarahBrithinee AMEN! I’m currently in my first trimester with my baby #5... needless to say, I definitely have been and will be again, so thankful for a good structuring bra! In meantime, I’m “enjoying” the fullness in the chest while it lasts, with the comfy, supportive sports bras. I’m going to have to look into some of the ones you suggested in this video too! Thanks!
