Lucifer is the victim depending on what you want to read. In the Bible, Satan's not a person. Not until the New Testament. The word satan, meaning "aggressor" is a descriptor not a name. Sampson is called a satan despite being a righteous man if you read the text it was translated from. In the book of Job, the ha-satan (meaning "the aggressor") is a group of advisors for God, often lesser gods. God in the Bible doesn't say he's the only god, quite the opposite. He just says you can't worship any of the others. He even states there is more gods in Genesis 3 in some versions when he states that had they eaten from the tree of life they would have "become gods like us". The word gets translated to capital "S" Satan as a name by modern Christians. The NIV actually tells you this in the notes for the Book of Job, as do other bibles with some of these notes in them on the translations. Most of the depictions of Hell don't come from the Bible. It's not actually described much in the book. It's more from works of fiction like Dante's Inferno, church doctrine expanding upon the Bible and speculating, etc. Heck, angels in the Bible are either humans, or whacked out monstrosities, not guys with wings and halos. We got that from paintings by artists who couldn't figure out a better way to say "this guy here is supposed to be the angel". It's a meme, not something from the bible. The story in Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss are taking those stories that are all mostly fiction anyways and putting their own twist on it. But even if they didn't, most modern Christian belief about Lucifer being a fallen angel does mean he's the victim. Hell is general is the design of a madman. When you punish someone, you do so with the intent of making them learn from the mistake they made and correct their behaviour for the future. A punishment that doesn't end isn't punishment, it's just torture. No one wold dare continually punish and torment their child for a transgression forever. Hell is a basement you lock your kid in to whip them every day for life because they got a C on their report card or jay walked. Regardless whatever "crime" Lucifer did, nothing is worthy of Hell. And most modern Christian doctrine paints him as a rebel against God, who I personally view as a vicious tyrant. He self describes as such for crying out loud. Lucifer is the robin hood of the story by church doctrine and the only reason he's vilified is because he lost and the people condemning him do so out of fear of a thug (God). So no, they aren't far off.

Lillith existing before Eve isn’t ‘wrong’ it’s just not Christian/Catholic. She’s mentioned in Jewish and Mesopotamian mythology. Even Satan and God himself didn't appear or mentioned in the show. Because Satan and Lucifer are separate characters. I see only two Christian youtuber who watched full show not first two minutes propaganda book. Ones who saw appreciate show. Almost all of characters have big deficiency there is reason they are in hell. But at least trying to be good is right thing. There only few angels who are bad almost all who are in heaven is good people.

History lesson. Lilith is not biblical nor has it ever been. Lilith does not appear in any Jewish writings until after 500AD, way after the entire bible was written. Lilith is not found in the Dead Sea Scrolls, manuscripts of Genesis, or even commentaries or apocryphal writings before 500 AD. And it doesn't matter if it's meant to be inaccurate, satirical, or even comical. It takes the word of God perverts it and by biblical definition is completely demonic.
