if anyone is interested, the reason why the drone starts flipping in the end is cuz when they lost a propeller (19:12) they replaced it with a prop that was meant to spin in the opposite direction, a drones four propellers spin clockwise and counter-clockwise. With one clockwise propeller diagonal from another, if you try to put a cw propeller where a ccw is needed, it will flip the side and not take off.
