This should have started earlier with the scanning of the QR code. That step does not work well at the kiosks.

@@GoogleSux 💯 people like this don’t realize that if a kiosk gets too many negative or 😐 reviews that Whole Foods will remove the kiosk and have customer do their returns at UPS or Kohls. At the same time these are the same ones who complain that kiosk is no longer there.

I would have put sad face, why? Well, why did Amazon sent me used and opened items that I bought as new? Of course I would be pissed of driving up to the kiosk and make a return that should have happened in the first place. Amazon greediness can’t be a nice experience 😂

There should be a bin that says larger boxes here. I had a box I just returned but couldn’t fit it in the poly bag but it was small enough to fit in the amazon kiosk drop box. Also didn’t take item out of original shipping box because I didn’t even open it up

@@DichardDiamonds1009 Update: Thank you for your comment. Apparently, for the past few months, the Amazon return section at Wholefoods stores has always had two employees present, and they process returns very quickly, so it's become much more convenient!!
